Shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Folcroft, Pennsylvania within 1-3 business days of receipt (with the exception of holiday closure time). We ship via FedEx.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental U.S.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping Costs

Our shipping and handling charge for the continuous U.S. is 15% of your order's total or $12.00, whichever is greater. For any shipping related questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Taxes: Pennsylvania residents only must add 6% sales tax to their order unless you provide us with your organization's tax exempt certificate.

Back Orders

There are times that items customers have ordered are not available for delivery immediately. When this occurs, the outstanding balance of the order will ship the moment the product becomes available. We also make sure there are never any additional ship charges in these instances. If you have purchased a backordered item, please allow for up to seven to fourteen business days for shipment.
